The rewards in August will include Autumn Ladies Tresses (Spiranthes spiralis), Autumn Gentian (Gentianella amarella).
On the cliffs, Wild Cabbage (Brassica oleracea) and Sea Kale (Crambe maritima) on the beach.
The geology is also fascinating, with the Carboniferous limestone overlying Ordovician shales, faulted against Precambrian schists to the west. Expect some interesting fossils too.
There is car parking for only 5 cars so please lift share where possible to avoid too many cars. Additional parking is in Llanddona, 1.25 km along the road near the school (Ysgol Hên).
