National Garden Scheme Open Day

We have four glasshouses to explore, for our tropical, temperate, orchid and carnivorous plant collections. The outdoor areas include the Chinese garden, rock garden, ponds, bog garden, bamboo collection, planted borders (including nectar garden), species rich meadows, woodland and arboretum. We also have our new The Size of Wales Garden, that was designed by Dan Bristow and won a gold award at the 2024 RHS Chelsea Flower Show; it was then moved to Treborth. There will be guided walks of the outside garden.

Plants grown by The Friends of Treborth Botanic Garden will be available to buy on the day.

Tea, coffee and home-made cakes.

Admission £4.00, children free (all admission charges go to NGS charities)
